THE NITTY GRITTY
HOW TO BOOK A SESSION with brandz
Simply complete the enquiry form and we'll be in touch within 24 hours. To begin with we'll send you a short questionnaire to complete and we'll arrange a convenient time to either meet in person or book an online discovery call. This will enable us to get to know you and your business and plan out your photography and content needs.
PAYMENT TERMS & DEPOSITS
After our meeting or discovery call you'll receive your photography shoot plan, deposit invoice and contract. A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking along with your signed contract. The final balance is due 1 week before your shoot day. For last minute projects the full balance will be required upon booking.
DELIVERY TIMESCALES
Delivery timescales vary depending on current workflow but generally you'll receive your gallery within 7 days of your shoot. Where possible these will be delivered within 5 working days. Need your images in a hurry, no worries, there's an express turnaround option within 72 hours for an additional fee.
what areas does brandz cover?
Brandz photography mainly covers East Kent, however, if you are out of this area we can still work together.
Travel fees for location shoots out of East Kent are charged at 45p per mile. For product work Brandz also offers a drop it in the post service. Get in touch for more info.
